Q: So, you're an EA here at Windowcharm, can you describe your role to us?

A: I look after your incoming enquiries. I am the friendly voice you hear when you make your call.

​

Q: And what does that mean for you on a day to day basis?

A: My role involves making sure you receive your quotes in a timely manner. I can be found answering the phone or on reception. And walking away from the coffee machine with a tray full of mugs making sure my team are hydrated.

​

Q: Which part of your role do you love the best?

A: I enjoy the varied aspect of my role as I can sometimes be asked to jump in the car and drop of and come and see to drop of an urgent delivery or pick up some new sample material.

​

Q: Name one thing you do every day to support a positive mindset.

A: Spend a the first few minutes hoovering and cleaning for a fresh start to every day.

​

Q: In your opinion, why should our clients see us as their preferred supplier?

A: As everyone at Windowcharm is customer-oriented and will bend over backwards to make sure customers are fully satisfied.
